Open Door is our long running community drop in offering a warm welcome, friendship, conversation and a range of different activities until 2.30pm.
A warm welcome awaits visitors to Open Door. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, a delicious freshly prepared hot lunch (we serve a meat and a vegetarian option) and home-made cakes.
Join us on Tuesdays 12 noon - 2.30pm.
Lunch is served at 12.30pm. Have a chinwag with other members of the community. Make new friends, play a game or read the paper.
But that's not all that's on offer:
Don't miss our exercise class, 'Moving into Wellness', in the morning at 11am. If you are wanting to get moving again; if you are a little creaky around the joints or hoping to find muscles you never knew you had, come and join our group. You will get a very warm welcome, and a gentle chair based introduction into movement exercises at a pace you can cope with. Come and give us a try - its free, friendly and fine just to turn up!
Lambeth's Health and Wellbeing Bus brings health and wellbeing information, advice and support into the heart of our communities. It regularly stops at Open Door directly in front of the Goodliffe Hall from 10am - 5pm . You can check HERE to find out when it will be at Christ Church and for more details about the different health services and health-related information on offer on different days.
We are really grateful for the support of Friends of Gipsy Hill , Norwood Forum , Lambeth Together and London Community Response Fund, who have enabled us to fund this service, and for Cook, West Dulwich.
